How to be focused?
Wake up early.
Tips to Stay focused. Early means not waking up as early as 3am or 4 am. But at least try to wake up between 6 to 7 am. Waking up early helps you to stay focused and utilize those golden morning hours and your body breath some fresh morning air which is good for your health and goals. It fills in you positive vibes.
Make yourself presentable.
It really dosen’t matter if you are in the mood to go out or not. Making yourself presentable does mean to make yourself active, positive, fresh and alive. Feeling your nerves. It’s a golden buzzer to stay focused on your goals.
Plan your daily schedule.
Have some really good plans. Plan smartly. You don’t want to be a fool sitting around the whole day in a corner of your room, and gaining zero output from it or very less output. Instead plan smartly. Involve your interests in your plans and trust me when I say this, you will be shocked by the results at the end of the day.
Stay dedicated and consistent to your goals.
Make your goals clear in your head and do not entertain any sort of negative energy or conversation to dull your enthusiasm. Stay positive. Stay connected to yourself and do not trust the leg pullers. You are your own boss. And can decide your goals well.
Take good sleep. It will also help you in being positive. Know your potentials and try to give your best to achieve your goals. Sleep early and try not to be a night owl. If you sleep late, your mornings will start late and you will feel that you missed few hours of the day which you could have utilized. Night owls are also more close to dark circles, wrinkles on skin, constipation, etc.
Timer can be a person’s best friend. You know, I wonder at times. What would my life be without timer because I always forget to notice how those 5 minutes break turn to 1 hour break. Timer helped me a lot to use time perfectly. Schedule every part of your life, and trust me you will be surprised by the results. You will slowly feel that you are utilizing every second, every minute, every hour of the day. Your life will be more balanced. Timer is all you need.If you are a student, you can study in small sections. Suppose, you studied for 10 minutes, take a break of 5 minutes after that. Just for relaxing your mind. Sit again and increase your time by 20 minutes, take a break of 5 minutes after that. Then make it up to 25 minutes and 10 minutes break. You will be much more interested in your studies this way and if you don’t trust me. That’s okay. Try this once. And I am always here to listen you.
Have a light dinner.
Do not overfill your tummy no matter how best is the food you are having today. Remember your aim is high and goals still far. Remember you have to focus the same way again, tomorrow. Heavy dinner might help you to sleep but it also leads to increase in weight as the body hardly performs any activity and fats get collected in body which unfortunately makes the next day dull and you won’t be willing to give your best. You won’t be that positive person the next day. On the other hand, light dinner keeps your body light and gives you a boost to work more and you feel fresh the next morning.
Don’t stop at every stop. You are special,not a bus.
